We are not a transportation company, common carrier, motor carrier, or taxi/limousine service. We do not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles used for transportation services.
Independent Operators
All transportation services arranged through Black Crest are performed by independent, third-party operators. These operators are independently owned and operated businesses. They are not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Black Crest Worldwide. Black Crest processes payment on behalf of the client and remits the operator’s portion accordingly.
Vetting Standards
While we make reasonable efforts to vet operators in our network for licensing, insurance, and professionalism, we cannot guarantee the performance, safety, or conduct of any third-party operator. Travelers use operator services at their own risk.
No Warranty
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Black Crest Worldwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or the services of any operator in our network.
